- Empathy and compassion for others - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Attention to detail in providing care and documenting observations - Physical stamina for assisting with mobility and transfers Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, or holidays based on client needs.
